Southern Cross Information
The Skin Hub is an Easy Claim provider. We are able to put a claim through on your behalf if it fits the criteria for a claim to be made. Southern Cross will not cover routine appointments, only appointments booked for a specific concern. The amount covered will depend on the reason an appointment has been booked.
Spot checks are generally covered, and the full amount of the appointment will be claimed.
Routine skin checks are not covered. If a full body skin check is booked due to lesions of concern, the portion of the appointment relating to the concerns can be claimed on your behalf.
The amount that Southern Cross will cover will depend on your policy (for example, 100% or 80% of the Southern Cross claim amount may be covered).
