Southern Cross Information
We have one Affiliated Provider at The Skin Hub, Dr. Martina Suleiman. When you book an appointment with her, we can put a claim through on your behalf if it fits the criteria for a claim to be made. Southern Cross do not cover routine appointments, only appointments booked for a specific concern. The amount covered will be up to $151 for a full body skin check and an additional mapping fee will be charged as well as the claim shortfall (if any).
For example, if you have 100% cover and book a full body skin check with our Affiliated Provider,
it is likely that Southern Cross will cover $151 and the cost for you to cover will be $149.
The Skin Hub is an Easy Claim provider. When you book an appointment with one of our practitioners who is not an Affiliated Provider, we are able to put a claim through on your behalf if it fits the criteria for a claim to be made. Southern Cross do not cover routine appointments, only appointments booked for a specific concern. The amount covered will be up to the full cost for a full body skin check and no additional mapping fee will be charged, only the claim shortfall (if any).
For example, if you have 100% cover and book a full body sin check with one of our Dermoscopist Nurses,
it is likely that Southern Cross will cover $225 and there will be no cost for you to cover.
